Finniss Lodge also provides pre-training services for race horses, to help improve their fitness and condition prior to commencing their full training preparation. Here, the horses can experience training in an open, country environment and being housed in large, lush day yards. During their time at the Lodge, they will experience a range of training facilities including our state of the art Aqua Walker and 2200m Sand Track to name a few. Including pre-trainers, all of our horses receive a specially formulated “weight to scale balanced feeding program” to optimise results.
